JUNEAU - Senator Mark Begich will be the featured guest speaker at the Native Issues Forum on Thursday, July 2 at the Juneau ANB Hall (320 West Willoughby Avenue). Doors open at 11:30 a.m. and the program will conclude at 1 p.m. The buffet lunch costs $10 and includes king salmon or pork roast with gravy, steamed rice, fry bread, pineapple upside down cake, salmon chowder, herring egg salad, green salad and fruit salad. This special 2009 Native Issues Forum is co-sponsored by Sealaska Corporation, Alaska Native Brotherhood Camp 2, and Central Council Tlingit & Haida Indian Tribes of Alaska. Everyone is welcome.
