BUSINESSCapital City Weekly Foggy Mountain Shop opened in a small second floor space on South Franklin St. in 1974. We wanted to provide Juneau with a mountain shop that sold top quality gear and clothes for hiking, climbing, camping and cross-country skiing. In 1989, we moved up the street to our current location, across from the Baranof Hotel. We've been in business for close to 40 years, but our focus on bringing the best outdoor gear and clothing to Juneau has never changed.
